MCA DIN****5 (EN**3)  Standard water pump and irrigation pump is long coupled end suction centrifugal pump, which is designed and manufactured in compliance with standards DIN ****5 and EN **3. The pump is single-stage volute type with horizontal axial inlet and vertical radial discharge, for the safe handling of multiple kinds of fluids. This pump is versatile for multiple applications. Most of the parts are modular designed and interchangeable with other similar products, reducing the cost of maintenance and operation.

Feature

Volute Casing-The main support feet are integral with the volute casing and the bearing assembly also has a support foot for added rigidity.

Bearing Bracket- The back pull out design allows the rotating assembly to be withdrawn without disconnecting the pipe.

Impeller- Closed impellers are if double shrouded type for increasing pump efficiency. The enlarged balance holes are utilized to facilitate the hydraulic balance.

Shaft- The shaft are of **0SS (Standard Material), which can be heat treated to increase the shaft rigidity.

Bearings & Lubrication- The centrifugal pumps are fitted with metal cage C4 tolerance ball bearings. The inboard bearing (wet end) and the outboard (drive  end) bearing can be both oil lubricated and grease lubricated.

Shaft Sealing- These centrifugal pumps have a wide range of shaft sealing options, varying from gland packing to cartridge seal. The selection of different shaft sealing ways mainly based on pumped fluid property and temperature.
